A good lawyer should put his client first. In a divorce, he sould up hold the rights of the person he is representing. In the case of Carolyn Imhoff, I feel that this was not done. Even though her husband collected over $800,000 dollars in a medical settlement. Carries total assets in her divorce papers was $500.Even though she was supposed to have $244,000 in a medial trust, she now has only $195,000 which can not be touched even by Carrie.
