I went to pickup an order of brisket. The price was a little higher than what I was expecting, so I politely asked the man behind the counter about the price per pound. He was an old man with white hair and mustache. He became enraged, grabbed the meat package from my hand and threw it in the garbage. He said he would rather throw it in the garbage rather than have an unhappy customer. I was stunned, my two children were with me, and they were also shocked. Great food! This is what I grew up with. REAL Mexican food. The Menudo is flawless and they keep the tortillas and oregano flowing. The Mexican drink selection is great too. anything from coconut water to Jarritos Tamarindo. They also have good homemade salsas and a great habanero hot sauce. The service is good but the servers don't speak much english so... Point at what you want and hope for the best.
