Judge Philpot you need to come to the 20th century just because you are not married does not mean that you are a bad parent every one makes mistakes and the court system is supposed to be there to help not punish and take peoples kids that haven't done anything wrong. Dear Judge Philpot, I am supporting Kevin Hutchinson. I know that he was suppose to finish those classes for the domestic violence thing and he didn't but he promises that if you let him out on Wednesday January 8 he will finish them. he's already sign back up and he's ready to start the classes over but how is he suppose to start or doing anything right if he's in jail? so I'm asking you if you let him out then I will make sure that he gets started and completes them by the date that you give him I will pay for them until he gets a job and can afford to pay his self. I will be in court on January 8 on his behalf of support because I'm his only support that he has. his mom passed a month after he got out on November 2 2012 and he hasn't been right ever since but now he's starting to get back on track now. he was suppose to start school at BCTC on the 13th and then he had an interview set up for 3 different places for Hardees Rallys and Pizza Hut but he missed them because he was in jail. so he's been trying to get his life back together and get back on the right track to help me out. so please don't give him no more time then what he's already had. It's hurting me more than him because I have to take care of 3 kids by myself since he's been in there plus take care of him because he's in there. He's already missed one of his daughters birthday on January 4 she turned one and now his oldest daughter birthday is on January 21 she will be three. He doesn't want to miss it but I really don't want him to miss it since he already missed one.
