I will never go back here again and will tell everyone I know to never go here, I was treated worse that a piece of trash, they towed my car, when I ask where my car was, I was told they didn't know, they at first wouldn't tell me where it was, then turned the lights out on me and said were closed, I was the only one in the stop, just got back from a 16 hr trip, thank god I had a witness to all this a cab driver, whose business card I obtained. I Inquired about customer parking thru the main ticket master when I purchased my tickets, I was told I would need to check with the local office. I tried several times, as well did the main office, they transferred me, with no answer. I decided I would go and if all else failed there was a parking garage pretty close by that I would park in.. Luckily when I got there they had 2 types of parking, One side said No overnight Customer parking, the other side said Cujstomer parking only, violaters will be towed. So I parked there. Took a 16 hr trip from this station to Columbia SC dates 4-16 - 1-19.. The actual trip on the greyhound bus line was 5 star excellent, no way to make any improvements. However I would never go thru this station on 477 w. New circle Rd. lexington ky. I was literally treated like a piece of trash. When I booked and paid for my trip through the main on line ticket master, I inquired about customer parking, I was told I would need to call the local office and was given that number. I tried several times and each time I was rerouted back to the main office number and at that time I was told that the local office must be closed. So, I continued to try to call, with no avail. I looked on line at there sight and got a photo of there store as well as a look at the parking lot, It looked like there might be customer parking, but I couldn't be sure.
