Moved in Barlow Homes new home Aug 2011 in Louisville KY. By Nov 2011 realized we were in trouble. Water issues are horrible through the entire neighborhood. Warranty dept promises and does not deliver anything other than band-aid fixes. MSD now involved. Barlow likes to flex their 'big builder' muscles but i'm in the process of filling complaints with every organization that I can, including the local news, so flex this. ...read more

Don't let the amenities fool you. Mold and mildew abound. You can hear the people walking around upstairs along with any one going up and down the outside steps at all hours of the night. You will never know when maintenance is in your apartment because you do not receive a notice. Paying a hefty penalty to get out of the lease early including cable and internet for two months after I'm gone. Enough said. ...read more
