Upon messing up my order, when they were the ones who messed it up, I was at first promised that they would re-do it, free of charge. 20 minutes later, the owner called me back and claimed that it was my fault, and charged me for a new shirt as well.The most rude people. I heard a new place was opening on Southland Dr and was thrilled to have a new option close to work for lunch. They offer 8 or so soups per day along with sandwiches and salads. I went to their website to see what was on the menu that day. Sandwiches were terrific in my opinion, sizable and much, much better bread than I have had at other places. I talked to them about volunteering for their organization about two months ago and they never called me back! Not only did I want to volunteer, but I was going to make considerable contributions. The woman who answered the phone was not a native English speaking person and talked down to me. Very Rude and Ungrateful staff! ...read more
