Boo! Joke. Would not take the coupon code off my phone. How stupid is that. Said they stopped doing that two weeks ago. That's the most ridiculous marketing move I've ever heard of. Horrible experience from the get go, took my children out as soon as I could. Not only was their way too many children per teacher but the quality of teachers is just horrible. No experience or certifications needed, they just hire anyone off the street. For example, one morning I dropped my child off and walked in on one of the teachers disciplining a child in a horrible way and basically making the child feel soo bad and guilty for being a 3 yr old. This was our first experience using BabysitEase, and we were scared of leaving our two young children with a sitter. When Gabrielle arrived she was professional, and outgoing and my kids fell in love with her. They immediantly took to her and forgot that we were even there. When we returned both of our children were asking when the next time she could come back. We will definately be using the service again.
