mr Fannon has not yet done anything about our petition for full custody of our grandchildren ages 4. and 3. we retained him over a year ago to help us with this matter and as of today he has done nothing. My daughter Amanda Miriacle and her husband Andy Miricle both agreed to the custody of the children. My son in law is now incarcerated in a Kentucky prison. All Mr. Fannon has to do is get Andy to have a legal paper signed and noterized. The judge in this matter is getting very angry that this is taking so long. We have paid Mr.Fannon in full. Mr fannon has agreed to represent us in a children per custudy case one year ago. As of today he has done nothing to bring this matter to a close. we have written him and called many times without any reply. We have been to his office twice to sign papers it took him almost a year to file them. these children are our grandchildren and both parents agreed to the custody.
