I travel over to Henderson for the chicken at Sureway well today the chicken was horrible and tasted like it had been cooked hours before and in very old and dirty grease. When speaking to the so called manager, I was cursed out and told that they don't except chicken back and to deal with it. I have never been treated like that before and I had only left the store about an hour before that. I will tell everyone about the poor customer service I received from the manager Justin, and also the horrible way the chicken was and how the deli people told me that was the freshest chicken I would get from them. ...read more

there chicken is wonderful i live in owensboro, kentucky but i drive to henderson to get that chicken it is so goooood!!!!you have to try it.... if you havent already.... and those who have... can agree that it is finger looking good.... ...read more

After living in this community for 14 years you would think that Buhelers Buylow a store I Have shopped at would give a refund for a nationaly recalled product called peter pan peanut butter thats making people deathly ill. But when I tryed to return my Jar all I got from the store manager who has seen me shopping there all these years was a statement "DO YOU HAVE A RECEIPT"? A Receipt? who the hell has a receipt for peanut butter 3 weeks after buying it? This is the reason Buhelers buylow is near bankruptucy and has very little respect in this community and as I told the Manager very Nicely I will never shop there again. After this insult I went to walmart and explained and they said they would gladly give me a refund even tho I did not purchase it there and needless to say I will always buy my groceries at walmart from now on and Thats why other stores are going out of business, not because walmart is to big, but because they care. When your rude and unconcerned especially during a crisis like a national recall on a tainted Food Item then you should go out of business if you do not back the product you sell. ...read more
