This is the owner Mike. As for the first comment about the development We tried very hard to take care of a few things the customer wanted done. The building inspector even went to this home 3 times and told the customer we were in compliance with everything. There were a few issues but we did take care of them. I am sorry they don't feel they were taken care of properly and would gladly at any time like to see if anything else can be do to satisfy them. As for the next comment. I just received payment thru the courts 1 year after work was completed on this project. They did not want to pay me for the work that was completed yet they repeatedly asked for more work to be done with the full intent not to pay for the work completed. Just before we were complete they asked us to quit and would not pay us for over $10,000 worth of work performed. So I had to go thru the court to get pd and we had less than 1 day of work to do.
