sent in order via email and received no response. waited three weeks for product to arrive then called in. Owner had no idea what i a was speaking of and had to research to get back with me. Unsatisfactory monitoring or email, careless with orders, over priced in the days of other modern high quality methods. call orders in, use your own designer, avoid website and email communications as they are highly unreliable. ...read more
