Dear Libby. Let me start by apologizing for you not being happy with your one salad that you purchased for TWO people. Our chicken breast are production cut and shipped to us. I guarantee you received the full amount of Chicken you ordered. Is it possible you was short on lettuce? Of course this is possible which is why I offered more over the phone. Ordered take out. Got home with a $7.99 salad with chicken. It was not even the size of the side salad....it only filled half a take out container. I have ordered this salad many times in the restaurant so I know how big it normally is. Too big to eat it all. My daughter and I was planning to share it since we've had it before & knew how much it normally is. I called and was told to come back and they would give me another one. I told my daughter to go ahead & eat that one. My husband went back to pick up the 2nd salad to be told they couldn't give me another one per the manager. I then called them back and the person who told me to come back for another one wouldn't even speak to me. I asked to speak to Mike Hare the manager but he wasn't there. They said they would call him & have him call me. You guessed it.....I'm still waiting for a call from Mike Hare. Not surprised. That's just the type of person he is. I will remember this though and I'm sure he will too. There is 6-12 of us that go there almost every Sunday. Too bad he lost all of our business over a $7.99 salad that was the size of a side salad. Third shift is awful they always get the order wrong and if they do happen to actually get your order correct on the screen when you get it at the second window whats in your bag will be wrong, and if its not wrong its cold and not suitable to eat, and I mean not suitable to eat. Its not just the workers its also the managment on third shift its always the same guy when i go there some dude who's clearly gay and has a crappy atitude, I've even had them refuse to make my order the right way before. ...read more
