I went into this florist looking to place an order for wedding flowers. I thought the flowers in the window were beautiful and seeing as this florist was located very close to my house, I thought they would be perfect for the job. I COULDN'T HAVE BEEN MORE WRONG! I am assuming he was the owner, but the man I talked to was middle aged, average stature. The order I wanted to place was not complicated at all. I was only wanting a handful of different flowers and I knew exactly what I wanted. He was extremely rude, talked down to me the whole time I was sitting at the table for our meeting, and at the end, HE WALKED OUT ON ME! If I had been rude, that would be one thing. Maybe it would have warranted him being rude in return, but I wasn't rude at all. I answered his questions politely, even though he was treating me this way. I will never shop at this florist again and anytime someone mentions buying flowers, I let them know. DO NOT USE BROADWAY FLORIST!!! I would never trust this man. ...read more
