Dishonest thieves! I filed a police report against them (Report # 11C508231; WICHITA POLICE DEPT; Report Date: 06/02/2011). Work was very poor quality! Once they got there, their only aim is to get the job done as quickly as possible so they can get out and leave and say, "the job was done". There were damages to my home from their negligence - to which they said, "we're sure sorry, but that happens sometimes". I took SHSI to court for the theft and damages and as expected they lied up side and down the other. They were to clean my house. They entered my house without my permission, went through my personal property, left the house in a mess, and disrespected my home. I found a dirty mug where one of the cleaning ladies helped herself to a cup of hot chocolate. I was to meet them, but they came a few hours early and were gone when I got there as scheduled. I asked for a refund, and was not given one since I refused the owner's offer to come out and "fix" the problem. Why would I allow them back into my home after their disregard for my property? Anyway, I still have not received a refund of $238, which was an overcharge from the bid of $149. Stay away... FAR AWAY from this company. ...read more
