I received 2doz white roses for Valentine's day from this shop and was just amazed at the quality of the roses and the presentation of the Bouquet. They last almost 2 weeks, with my watering everyday, and were PURE white. I made an impromptu stop at the Flower Factory on North Tyler this past Saturday to look at the new store and to order myself some flowers. The person who greeted me was very nice and sat me down to ask what I was looking for in an arrangement. I told her something fun, unique, young and fresh looking. I wanted to give them free-reign on the design.\tWhen asked the occasion, I said ?just because!? As she was taking notes she said she had the perfect designer for me.\n\t\nWhen the followers arrived Monday morning, they were much more than I expected! I was presented with an amazing tropical arrangement along with fresh flowers in a very cool vase. They are such a show stopper that our neighbor who offices next door had to come over and see the arrangement up close!\t\n\t\nI have to say the Flower Factory impressed me, which is very hard to do. I called the store to find out the specific names of the plants used and was able to speak to the designer herself. She told me what they were, and how to care for them, saying they should be with me for a very long time.\t\n\t\nI appreciate that this company knows how to interpret their customer?s wants when the customer may not know how to convey what they are looking for.
