Worst rent to own place in Wichita. Products are low quality and always brake down and then they take weeks to fix. If you pay it off and it brakes down a week later they don't even offer to have someone look at it for a fee. They use to have three stores and now have one I'm sure this would be part of it.They will treat you with no respect once they have made the sale and lack basic customer service skills. Seriously, this company is a joke. I placed an order, they waited 3 weeks to inform me the item was out of stock, cancelled my order, and then queued my refund for processing. Its been more than a week and still no refund. I should not have been charged to begin with, until the item was confirmed available and shipped. I filed a claim with Paypal, and iFurn wont even acknowledge that. It is my opinion that this is iFurns business model. Fraud through collection of interest on bogus orders. There is no redeeming quality for this business. Dont be tempted by the 10% coupon, like I was.
