The quote is $500 less than what I got on the final invoice, they don't follow through on time frames - was promised 3 different install dates on one sign and they were 5 days late on the other. When confronted with issues that were clearly pointed out on the final installation feedback got no response and they want to charge even more. HIllarious that the final invoice states and charges for "Check all signs for illumination" - impossible since one sign wasn't even hooked up to electric & still isn't! ...read more

There is no legal requirement that you obtain more than one estimate for your vehicle repairs. Differences in shop repair estimates and insurance estimates are common. If you are unsure why one estimate is different from another, feel free to ask your customer service representative at your repair shop. You have the right to have the same factory quality parts installed on your vehicle as the ones you are replacing without being charged for "betterment".
