I would rate a 0 star if I could. I signed up with this company almost 5 years ago. I've had nothing but problems, not only with repairs but also the sales office. They don't call or come out when promised for repairs. They don't seem to be able to fix the machine about half the time; I have to call them out again. The repairmen tell me the others have "jerry rigged" the machine here and there with staples and whatever else they can find. The sales rep told me he had another machine for me, I waited two weeks, contacted him, it was no longer available. Apparently they gave it to someone else. Then they found one, came to my office and signed a contract with me. 45 minutes later, didn't leave me a copy, When I asked for a copy, I was informed they were not going to honor the contract I had just signed! They bid it too low they said. This company is a waste of your time and money. I have a 40 day window to send a letter to drop the contract and then have to pay $500 to ship machine. ...read more
