I had used a alternative mailing service and ended up with a lost package. I was told by that service I needed to call the USPS (now Im wondering why I bothered using the other service at the time) and have them search for the lost item. I talked with Theresa giving her the "whole story" and the importance of the package. She told me she would check the facility and call me back. She also suggested that I file a case. \t\n\t\nI did everything she suggested. She was very helpful, patient, and seemed to understand my plight. Ive been to a couple of Dillon stores this one was pretty decent. The lines were shorter, and the place was pretty well stocked. Dillon does not take debit cards from out of towners, which makes it hard at all to shop here. I will say they make pretty mean turkey wraps at the deli, very delicious. ...read more
