I took my iPhone to Game World to have the screen repaired. Besides the cracked screen my phone worked perfectly and I was told the screen would be fixed in a couple of days. After several days of not hearing from them I went in to the store to check on my phone, only to find out it was not there. Eventually I got my phone back, which would no longer turn on or charge. I took it back because the woman working on it insisted she could fix it. I had to call 3 times and leave messages, go in to the store demanding my phone back several times but no one ever knew where the phone was exactly. When I finally got it back the second time, the screen was burnt-out and my data had been wiped clean. Needless to say, I will not be returning a third time. I spoke to both the owner and manager, both were rude and made no effort to rectify the situation, including denying me a refund. I have never met such an unprofessional group of idiots that claim to repair electronics. ...read more
