Terrible customer service!!! They take forever to get your order to you. We had some custom cases on order and took nearly 4 Months!!! and they still couldn't do it. They actually told us that we were pushed back to accomodate another customer. I use a different company that was able to deliver 4 times the quantity ordered from Polo in just two weeks. Polo Custom = 4 months!!! I will never deal with them again. ...read more

I rented a tux for my sons senior prom two weeks before the event,when we went to pick it up they were very short handed.When he tried it on the shirt was way too big around him and hung way below his crotch , so when he tucked it in it was all bunched up and was very uncomfortable , I had too wait almost ten minutes to get the girls attention to tell her about it and then she told me that it was fineand if we wanteda shirt to fit better we would have to go buy one somewhere!!! Then his vest and tie were purple and and I had to ask her where the cuff liks,socks and pocket square were she went in the back and came out with a bag of stuff she said fell out of the tux bag but it had a black pocket squre in it not a purple one that we had ordered , when I questioned her about it she told me they dont come in purple , WHY WASNT ITOLD THAT WHEN I ORDERED IT !!! I will not do business there again or reccomend them to anyone!!! ...read more
