Today is 2/23/2013. On 2/9/2013 I purchases a guitar and case from Manning Music. In a separate purchase I ordered and prepaid for a Beginners DVD. On 2/22/13 I went to Manning to pick it up. I did not have my receipt and was told I had not prepaid. I told him I had in prepaid for the DVD and that I had forgotten my receipt. He did not believe me and told me there was nothing on my account indicating that. On 2/23/23 I returned with the receipt. The same young man looked at the receipt and again told me that I had not paid for it. I told him that according to my checking account the money had been withdrawn to pay for the DVD. I was again told I had not paid for the DVD. Frustrated, I decided to return the guitar. I was told earlier when I bought the guitar that I could in fact get a refund as long as it was with 30 days of purchase. Today I am now told I had to pay a 15 percent restocking fee.
