Don't mention any disatisfaction with the work. I went there twice. The second time was because my repair broke the day after the work was done. At the second visit, I mentioned that I still thought the teeth were crooked and not the same length. I was asked to sign a letter stating I was happy with the work. The work that was done was not what we originally discussed. I was told that the vaneers would last two years or so.
