Rusty Damron might have provided the best service I've ever had. He was knowledgeable, friendly, professional and fast. As he worked, he explained succinctly what he was doing, why he was doing it, and what I could do to maintain my furnace in the future. He wasn't pushy about upselling me on various bells and whistles, but he provided me with a very straightforward array of options and let me choose. I've always been suspicious and on my guard around service technicians, but LBA sent out the best. I just renewed my preventive maintenance agreement with your Company today. The reason for my renewal, is that not only has the quality of the work your Company has done for me been EXCELLENT!, my experience with all of your employees from the administrative staff that customers speak with on the phone, to and including the technicians, such as Jesse Reid, who did my winter heating system checkup today has been OUTSTANDING! Not only have they all been very knowledgable, but very professional, responsive and courteous in their dealings with both my wife and I.
