What a surprise! I made an error when ordering a walking cast on a Friday evening. Needing to cancel my online order, I called bioFEET in desperation and got an voice service--it was late Friday evening after all. I thought I was going to be charged the $100 for my order (great deal by the way) and then need to haggle Monday morning to figure how to credit my account, stop shipping, etc. I left my message and within an hour, a customer service representative called me and said that the order was canceled.
