A Beautiful Day!

04-21-2007 What a beautiful day! I did something today I've wanted to do for a very long time. I went out with my friend Tracy, had a few beers and played a couple games of pool. Amazingly enough, I even won the first game... Handicap and all (pun intended). You almost need a degree in physics to figure out the angles when you're mobile, it's a whole new ballgame. I got a chance to go downtown (Kansas City) and see some of the "new sites" being built. I was amazed at how much had changed in the 16 months since I'd been down there... WOW! We're planning on a Friday night in the future to go to Birdies, one of my old hangouts at 75th and Antioch, to go and drink more beer and play more pool. Reservations are being taken if you would like to join Tracy and I for a fun night of music, laughter, "Cindy" our new favorite waitress and lots of great tasting beer!
