Good price, but bad customer service. The first time they replaced my windshield, it leaked air and made horribly loud noises driving down the highway. Tried to call and get it fixed, but had a hard time getting a hold of them on the phone. Once we did, we made an appointment to take our vehicle to the location to get it fixed, but the guy ""forgot"" to meet us. When we tried to call and get a hold of them to see where we should take it, nobody answered the phone. After driving around KC to a different location, we finally got somebody to look at it. We had to make another appointment for them to come fix it. They had to take it out and put it back in and reseal it. After that, is started leaking water under the dash. Some guy finally came out to look at it and resealed an area. After all of our troubles, all they offered was a $50 gas card. At least it's something, but I was not at all pleased with their service and I would not recommend them to anybody. ...read more

I was very disappointed my experience at this location. I saw a designer purse and asked if it was real. The sales associate snapped at me that "all our purses are real". I was so ecstatic since it was a steal of a price. Only to find out when I got it home and researched it, it's not real at all. Given their "no return" policy, I've attempted to contact ANYBODY to make an exception as this woman has lied to me, tricking me into purchasing it. Nobody has gotten back into contact with me. I even talked to the BBB and they can't do anything to help me. I'm very frustrated that an employee can function like this without repercussion and that the COMPANY doesn't care enough about the unethical practices to correct the wrong doing or keep a customer. I will definitely never be going back due to the lack of care and concern and the SEVERE lack of honesty, morals, and ethics. Absolutely disgusted. ...read more

I had my windshield replaced and they broke my satellite radio antenna while doing so. They refused to pay to replace the antenna and they were unresponsive when I called. They promised multiple times to call me back but I did not receive calls back from them. ...read more
