This man is a manipulative sociopath who targets the most vulnerable-signs documents but lies thru his teeth and steals the last money of the elderly and single mothers, losing them their home and destroying all hope. He has his wife, son and brother participating in these predatory practices. A JoCo felony isn't enough. My documents are all with a retired US Attorney. The current Real Estate atmoshpere had nothing to do with this "Con Artist's" demise. He finally got caught doing something that the DA would fnally go after him for.
