I have attempted to contact Soma Salon in Overland Park, KS for two days. The phone will ring approximately 2-3 times and then go into voicemail. All of the calls have been placed during your posted business hours. I have not had a reutrned call ! This is unacceptable ! If your company has went thru the expense to hire sales personnel such as Ad Efx Media, LLC. to sell your coupon books to "drum up" business then please answer your phone, set the appointment and accommodate YOUR CUSTOMER.
