Worst place to get a car. I took all of my income tax money and paid the car off on February 19th, 2014. I am a single mom of two girls and go to nursing school so did not have money to make payments. Two weeks later, I start having major problems, they take car and "fix" it charging me more money. I had to sign a promissary note to get my car back from their piece together repair job. The car continues to have problems and I refuse to pay for the repairs that were not done. They do not care that the car doesn't work. They demand the money for the repairs that they did not do. So now they are going to take my car lol. Everything was pieced together, colored in scratches with marker that soon came off after I bought it, car handles are falling off inside and out. Tire had a slow leak that blew soon after buying the car. Motor, engine, alternator, cam sensor, timing chain... etc.. oh did I mention it does not work AT ALL. Less than 6 months later and my daughter's and I have no means of transportation to go to school, work, doctor's appt. all because they wanted to make a quick buck. They are horrible people!!!! ...read more

Received the worst service ever. Placed my order at 6 p.m. and watched as 4 other tables received their orders before ours. When I asked the waitress if those had been called in she rudely replied NO. I said we'd been waiting for over 30 minutes just for breadsticks not to mention our pizza. Miraculously we received our breadsticks within minutes of saying that...but still no pizza. I finally ask the manager on duty if our pizza had even been cooked yet. NOPE it hadn't. You would think when I mentioned to the waitress that we were still awaiting our order that she would have gone to confirm and when she couldn't find it then you'd think she'd come back to the table to ask us what it was were ordered but again NOPE..We had to once again say something to the Manager (word used loosely she was maybe 22 years old) when she found our ticket placed on the 'nail' under about 10 other orders we demanded our money back. I got a whole $15 back out of a total of $28.22. I feel this is not good business practice. I obtained the owner's phone number and left 2 messages and as of now I still have not received a phone call back. I find that cowardly. I posted this on Facebook and I'll have you know the responses I got from others in the community who feel the same way was shocking. There are a lot of people who avoid this establishment at all cost. I know I will. The Subway next door will be my new stop by in Meriden. At least I can watch them actually MAKE my order as I'm standing there and I won't be FORGOTTEN or treated as if I don't have the right to ask about the food I ordered AND purchased!!
