I was beyond pleased with Arlie's! The customer service he displayed was amazing! I live in Marion but work in Wichita. I had taken my 2014 Dodge Durango to a couple shops in Wichita to get estimates to repair hail damage and I didn't like how they treated me from the beginning. I wasn't going to turn it into insurance and they were telling me that they would only give me an estimate once I provided them with an insurance estimate. I took it to Arlie's and he came out to my house to look at the damage. The work was done in one day and he even picked my husband up from our house and took him to his shop so he could drive the Durango home. His customer service is far superior to any others and I will only deal with Arlie's in the future! Thank you for your great service Arlie's!! ...read more
