This guy was able to fix my computer right up his quote was dead on. They were able to replace the controller board on my hard drive to back up my data. 3 other places said i had to mail it off and spend over $500 for data recovery... I did not have a good experience with this guy. Although, he correctly identified that my HDD wasn't working but he also said that my motherboard had failed. He told that I can throw my laptop. I sought a second opinion and they said that the MB was working fine. I bought myself a new HDD and did a fresh installation! Voila..it worked! Just saying be careful guys. ...read more
