My mother is elderly and wheel chair bound. She has a power wheel chair and absolutely appreciates the mobility it gives her. Over the years, she has had an occasional problem with her wheel chair. Jim Daniel, The Chair Doctor has always taken care of the problem in a timely manner. My family has always enjoyed working with many of the Feldkamp locations!!! We also had a mattress that needed sent back in, and they did what they could to check if the company would fix/replace it. With one of the previous reviews stating they do not back their word is ridiculous! It is NOT Feldkamp's decision/warranty whether the company will replace a mattress or not... it is the company of the mattress's! They spoke with their supplier for me to see what they could do for my personal situation and acted accordingly. Thanks for their hard work! ...read more

The Budget truck was fine. The Budget dealer on the return end, however, sucks. I had to drop off the truck on Sunday, July 5, 2009 at Homestead Rental, 2332 Sky Vue Lane, Manhattan, KS because I had to start my new job on Monday. I filled up the truck with fuel (something I had gotten good at since I drove all the way from SC) less than a half of a block from the dealer and put the keys and contract in the drop box. I finally had a chance to get back there to get a copy of the receipt. The dealer charged me for 5 gallons of gas and ALSO a $30 fuel top off fee. This has to be a scam to make a buck.
