Elaine is a SLUM LORD. CRAPPY OVERPRICED rental property. She keeps ALL deposits no matter what, do NOT expect to get your deposit back no matter how much you clean. If the mail delivers your rent to her a day late, expect an eviction notice. If you have a problem, expect a week or two before she sends anyone out, and if it costs her as much as 10 dollars to fix something, she calls you and complains about it, IF you can get her to fix anything at all.
