I recently made the mistake of ordering some supposaidly top quality products for one of my demanding customers. The first thing I npoticed was how over priced LMC products were when compared with other vendors. I ordered the products and was shocked of how lousy the quality of the products were. I called their cuso-called customer wservice line and the rude cxustomer harrasment specialist said I would have to pay for the shipping back and that a refund would be coming within '2-3 days. I recently ordered several parts from LMC on dec. 26th and even with the chirstmas mailing delays and bad weather across the country. I got my parts on the 30th of dec. thanks to debbie at lmc and R/L carriers you made my day. thanks again to all of the people at both companies. ...read more

I placed an online order at Victoria British late on 4/2/10 which was not processed until 4/7. Shipment is not expected until 4/12. Customer Svc reps had more excuses than sympathy. I will not buy from them again! ...read more
