American Floor Care has been great to us! When we bought our house in Kansas,upon opening the door the smell of dogs hit us like a brick! Now, I raise show dogs and I'm use to being around the smells but this was like I was moving into a dirty kennel. We couldn't move in! They were there the next day helping us to get new padding and carpet within a week! They have also been back to clean our carpet and did a great job. It rained (poured) in Kansas City last night. Since we are a 24 hour flood and water damage company the calls began at 1am. Days like this are long and exhausting but also rewarding. We have been working providing flood/water damage service to an apartment complex that has a building that is 3 stories with 6 units that are all flooded. The common buildings were flooded as well. Then on to the next residential and commercial floods. At the end of the day, when everyone is worn out, the thing that makes the hours worth it is the relief on the customer's face when their distaster has been cleaned up and dried out and their life can continue with as little inconvienence as possible.
