It had not been a good day or even week when we came into Sarah's shop. We had lost a dear friend to cancer and I was selected to get arrangements made. Our family has been shopping at the Lenexa Hy-Vee for nearly 20 year now. The staff there has always been friendly and courteous and I always get a "hello" and "how are you" from several of them each time I go in. The food there is always top quality and over the years I have switched from many name brands to the Hy-Vee version, most times at a signicantly lower price. About twice a year, I take my grocery list to Hy-Vee and Hen House and write down prices to compare the two. Every time I do, Hy-Vee comes out lower on 99% of the list. Finally, Hy-Vee have always been supportive of our Scout Troop. They allow us to hold car washes, sell fundraising items and recently provided a nutritionist to talk to our Troop.
