This is the worst place to ever rent from. My family and I moved here while I finished my law degree. The management is horrible and unprofessional. The maintance are thieves. We moved into a trailer that was a year old. I had a long list of issues that i wrote down before I moved in. Upon moving out they lost there copy. I took pictures before and after moving out. They charged us 3000 in damages, half of these were written on the paper. They said they replaced things and fixed certain things upon us moving out. It just so happens that the people that moved in after us were people we knew. They did not fix anything that I was charged for. I talked to the main sun home sales, they are clueless to what goes on. I strongly suggest, nobody move here,if you do I hope things work. Also make sure you lock up your stuff. This community does'nt even deserve the 1 star. They do not abide by their own contracts, they play favorites with the community members...such as some of them have to follow the rules and others don't. Another HUGE proplem is the maintenace man is a theif and a liar, he is a known for stealing things off of other peoples property at night because he lives in the community, and is one of the members who doesn't have to follow the rules. This community is all around not a good place to live and is aa waste of a lot of money. ...read more
