I was looking for a new daycare for my son. A friend at work told me about Mini Adventures and I decided to check it out. Our previous sitter was a great place for my son to grow but he needed enrichment. He was born premature and behind on some things. I felt he needed a more structured environment to help him achieve more. I went for a tour and fell in love with the place. There was a small waiting period but well worth it. Their rates are also affordable. There is a good blend of children and staff and everyone is always nice and welcoming. Sarah is very friendly and seems to know everyones name. They are always doing some sort of fun project or craft. They provide pictures of the kids regularly and even have a very talented photographer on staff to take school pictures. I am so happy I found Mini Adventures. They let me know everything he has done each day and everything he has had to eat. They are very organized and clean. My 2 children have gone to Mini Adventures for 3 years and both have blossomed in the time they have been there. My daughter was more than ready to go to Kindergarten last year and my son is constantly surprising me with what he has learned. These teachers are not just there for a job, they are there because they care about the kids and love being around kids and they sincerely miss them when they move rooms and teachers. The owner is the most gentle person. She is so great with the kids and always has a kind word to say when she sees my little people. My son has a HUGE crush on her! She always plans special events for the families that takes time away from her family but I think she feels we are all one big family which I so love! I have NEVER seen a child being abused or neglected or being treated in any way other than a loving, caring way! I would never send my children to such a place.
