Horrible! I went in to have my computer repaired [ 3 ] Days ago! They said that they would call and give me an estimate in less than 24 hours, & That they would have my computer done and ready to go in under 2 days-- That DID NOT HAPPEN. I tried to call them twice, NO ONE ANSWERED, I even went up there yesterday to talk to someone, and they were close almost an HOUR before the sign says they will be. [5:00PM] When I talked to them TODAY [3 days later] they told me that they haven't had time to look at it. I then said I would come and pick it up, the lady was stort with me. I arrived to pick it up, they were stort, and Rude. I explained that I wasn't taking it because I thought their work was poor, I just needed my computer for work, and couldn;t wait another week for them to eventually get to it. She reliped with " Sorry we take business computers before Personal Computers" AND!! mind you, she also told me they tried to call, but had no response. I took my laptop to a competitor first and they priced me a new motherboard at 249.00 plust tax. I then took to Computermart and they told me it was a bad memory stick that was only 49.00 replaced. They do AWESOME work and very knowledgeable. I would recommend this company. ...read more
