In October 2008 my husband's 1995 Ford Eddie Bauer Ford Truck broke down on I-70. He called the Highway Patrol, who then called Jacks. My husband was transporting dogs to a humane society in Boulder Co. After waiting all day for Jack to look at our truck, it was decided it was the transmission. We live in the southern part of Oklahoma and we had to rent another vehicle to get my husband home and the dogs. After another two months, we authorized Jack to repair the transmission at a cost of $1488.00. After another month we was called by Jack and a cost of over $1900.00 was put on our truck. He repaired (without authorization) our exhaust and a lift spring. He also disconnected our heater. We refused to pay the new price. We contacted the Attorney General & Proseuting Attorney with no help. Our truck IS STILL at Jack's. Unknown to us what else has happened to it. We are disabled and we have been taken advantage of.
