I have been so pleased with my decision to give up my slow dial-up connection and subscribe to Winexus. The speed is lightning fast and the service is absolutely great. I had a problem, due to a home router. I called and within an hour I receive the solution of how to fix the problem which got me back online. A storm came through the area and disrupted service.
