Contrary to what the other reviewers are saying, the Villas are a terrible place to live. It gets trashed regularly, hallways often smell like pot, the parking lot is almost always full to the brim because they don't enforce their parking permits, the pool was almost always closed because drunk people would break their bottles in there, and on weekends people throw loud parties with dozens of guests (which is a violation of the lease), many of whom leave drunk, puke in the elevator, and leave their cups and trash everywhere. It would be a lovely place to live if they at least enforced their own laws, put up some more cameras, and try to do something about the rampant pot smoking that's going on on almost every floor. ...read more
