The only reason I went here was because it is the only place I knew of in Ark city and because one of my friend's is related to him. His service is way too expensive and he doesn't know what he is doing. He deleted my anti virius and put on a free subscription instead when he "cleaned it" and ever since then I have had more problems. He broke my computer brackets and stripped one of the screws. I will NEVER go back I spent over 400 dollars in repairs on my computer when I could have bought a brand new one for just as much! NEVER go here! A little hard to find, but the service was outstanding. My computer was repaired the same day and the cost was only 1/3 of what the other local computer shop told me (and they said it would be several days for the repair). I couldn't believe what a nice friendly place it was...I'll never go anywhere else!! ...read more
