I am satisfied with the service on my vehicle but someone is not doing their job in there. There's always confusion about which car is brought in and the repairs to be done.Also I have the 2 for 1 and there is hardly ever a car for me to use.I sometimes have to sit nearly 1 hour before I get a loaner car. Also sometimes my appointment is in one person computer and not in others.Then they can't find what the appointment is for.

This is a well run smaller dealership that provides excellent service. Shawn Neff has taken care of my Ford Taurus service needs in a very professional and efficient manner. I recommend this dealership with a top rating.

As always, I was cordially greeted and asked what THEY could do for me! Having arrived in the afternoon and needing a regular maintenance service and State Inspection, I was informed they would be unable to complete all of that by the end of the day as they had multiple vehicles to be cared for first...as is the policy..first come, first served! But upon inquiring, I was allowed to leave my vehicle overnight, thereby having it available on sight for the work needed, when it best suited them. Upon receiving a phone call that my car was ready, I returned to pay for the services and was pleasantly surprised to find my car looking almost NEW! It had been washed, as it always is, and actually sparkled in the sunlight! I have NEVER been disappointed with any service performed by the top-notch maintenance staff at Kent Parsons and I have nothing but accolades for the folks in the service department!
