I couldn't be happier with a title survey that I just received from Kaba for a property in Queens. Jaroslaw & his crew surveyed the property and completed the report in only 2 days (versus 5 days from any of the other surveying outfits that I called), and at a good price. The report itself looks fantastic, professionally drawn in AutoCAD (or similar). It is very clear, detailed, & accurate. I was provided with 5 signed & stamped copies of the survey itself. Kaba was easy to reach via email & telephone. Last but not least, their new office on Jericho Turnpike is beautiful as well, with various surveying instruments etc. on display on the walls.
