I received the best service at this dealership. My car broke down and they were the closest Ford dealership. The service department was excellent. The lady that checked my car in kept me up to speed on everything being done. The technician that fixed my car explained what he had to do in terms I could understand. The entire experience at Bleakley was unmatchable by anyone. They made a terrible situation much better

The service was fast. I was a little disappointed when I mentioned an issue with my headlights/park lights to the gentlemen that processed my service request (after paying and receiving my keys). He toldid me to bring it back during my next visit and they will look at it. Hmmmm. I mentioned it at the last visit and the gentleman walked overy and looked at tell car.

Always good service. You can speak with service managers and they listen. And their service prices are in line with what you would expect from other auto servicing companies ... and you can check them online if necessary.
