After researching many cars and test driving a half-dozen, I bought a 2014 Mazda6 at Jeff Haas Mazda over three years ago. I have been pleased with every experience there - sales and service. Ray Maxa is the best car salesman with whom I've ever dealt and every service writer has been professional, efficient, and courteous. In particular, Carlos Guzman has taken care of my car several times and has provided the sort of much-appreciated personal service that I've seldom experienced elsewhere. Please note that my 6 has been at the dealership only for routine maintenance because I have not had a single problem with the car in 42 months.

We purchased a used car for our son this past weekend. We called and setup an appt. to come look at the car since we are about an hour from the dealership. The customer service we received was impeccable from the time we stepped on their lot, until we left. They were very laid back, and personable and not pushy at all. We were in and out in about 2 hours and that includes the time we test drove the car! I would definitely recommend them! Our Sales Rep was Cuong Nguyen.
