* Guiding you through negotiations and the home inspection process and how to handle the rough spots.
* Giving you advice on home-staging and decluttering and why not doing these things can cost you thousands.

My job is not done after you are in contract.

* I follow-up with your buyer's agent, your attorney, etc., to make sure things are going smoothly and to see if there is anything I can do to help in order to get to the closing table smoothly.
* I will even deliver documents if that is what you need to keep your life stress-free so you can be free to do other things that you enjoy.

My clients and customers tell me how they appreciate me getting back to them quickly and getting the answers to their questions. If I do not know the answer, I will get it for you and pronto! If for some reason I can't get you an answer the same day, I will tell you why. And know, I'm always on time for my appointments with you.
