Doug's tractor had been sitting outside for over a yr, with flat tires, a rusted up deck and body, a bent X-mission shaft arm, and would'nt start or even try to turn over., also a dead battery. It was a "very old " "cheap" K-Mart special tractor., along with the tractor was a bag of parts as to where he tried to be MR. JOE MECHANIC"., and had no idea as to where all the extra parts were to go to that was left over after his attempt to repair it.. He supplied a too small deck belt so the blades stayed engaged, his shift rod was already broke ( he did'nt want that repaired, He basically created all of his problems and wanted a miracle to be performed... He paid for his tune-up only as was charged.. It appears that there is always someone out there that expects everything for nothing.. Doug no longer lives in the area.. yea !! I TOOK MY TECHUMSEH CARB TO BILL TO CLEAN&RESET,,IT WAS READY THE NEXT DAY,,I REINSTALLED IT AND IT STARTED ON THE 2ND PULL,,IT STARTS EVERY TIME ..THAT WAS 2 YRS AGO.. THX FOR A GREAT JOB,(BILL),OUR KIDS HAVE FUN EVERYTIME WE RUN OUR LITTLE REPLICA PARADE CAR....... ...read more
